Course Outlines:

One of the great challenges managers and companies face is introducing change. It more often than not leads to resistance from both employees and customers, with the result that more than half change initiatives fail to achieve the hoped for goals.

The purpose of this workshop is to identify the common reasons for failure to successfully implement change and to identify straight forward strategies to overcome them.

Workshop Outline:

1. Identify the common reasons for failure to implement change.

2. Review a major case study experienced by the facilitator

3. The focus will be on dealing with both the people challenges and the actual implementation of change.

4. Use Crestcom materials and DVDs on Change Management to build personal action plans for attendees to take back to their work and implement.

Facilitator:

Joe Barker-Bennett is a Crestcom franchisee for 4 years in Thailand. Crestcom is a leading global management training company. Prior to joining Crestcom he was an International Manager with HSBC, specializing in running retail banking operations. He worked around Asia including Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Bangladesh and Oman.

This workshop is one of a series of courses offered by the BCCT’s Management Development Group in partnership with experienced management training companies and supported by multinational member companies.
